This Privacy Policy explains how Real-Concept API / Real-Concept Software GmbH processes limited technical, account, payment, support, and API usage information when you use our websites, API gateway, model aggregation services, documentation, status monitoring, ticket support, and related services.
Real-Concept API provides AI model gateway services, API aggregation, model invocation support, pricing and account console functions, API documentation, FAQ, status monitoring, ticket support, and related technical services. Some functions may rely on third-party model providers, cloud infrastructure providers, security vendors, payment processors, email providers, and network operators.
We follow the principle of data minimization and process only information that is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, bill, maintain, and improve the service.
We do not actively request government ID numbers, residential addresses, birth dates, biometric identifiers, or sensitive personal information unless required by law, payment compliance, security investigation, or a specific service function you choose to use. You should not submit unnecessary personal, sensitive, confidential, regulated, or third-party data through prompts or API calls.
We use information to provide and operate the service, authenticate accounts, process API requests, calculate usage and billing, display balances, provide support, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, improve performance, manage capacity, enforce our User Agreement, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, and communicate service updates.
Real-Concept API is designed as a gateway and aggregation service. We do not use user prompts, files, images, or model outputs to build personal profiles or sell personal data. We do not intentionally retain business content longer than necessary for request routing, response delivery, technical troubleshooting, security protection, abuse investigation, legal compliance, or user-requested support. However, third-party model providers may process or retain transmitted content according to their own policies.
When you call models or related services through Real-Concept API, relevant request data may be transmitted to third-party model providers, infrastructure providers, payment processors, anti-abuse vendors, email providers, or support tools as necessary. These third parties may be located in different jurisdictions and may process data under their own terms, privacy policies, security measures, retention rules, and legal obligations. Real-Concept API is not responsible for privacy practices independently determined by such third parties.
We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies to support login status, account security, language preferences, anti-abuse controls, basic analytics, and website functionality. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.
We do not sell personal information. We may share or disclose necessary information with service providers, model providers, payment processors, infrastructure vendors, professional advisers, law enforcement, regulators, courts, or transaction counterparties where required for service delivery, security, billing, legal compliance, dispute handling, corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or protection of rights, users, and platform security.
Because AI model routing, cloud hosting, payment processing, network security, and support tools may involve providers in multiple regions, your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your location. By using the service, you understand that such cross-border processing may be necessary for service delivery. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures and work with service providers that are expected to maintain appropriate safeguards.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, billing, accounting, security, audit, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes. Technical logs and API usage records may be retained for a limited period to troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and verify billing. We may retain certain records longer where required by law, pending disputes, chargebacks, fraud prevention, security investigations, or enforcement of agreements.
We use reasonable security measures such as HTTPS encryption, access control, permission isolation, API key management, rate limiting, logging, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, backup strategies, abnormal access detection, attack protection, and abuse interception. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account, password, API keys, devices, networks, and downstream integrations.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export certain personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us through the ticket system or support email. We may need to verify your identity and may refuse or limit requests where permitted by law, including requests that affect security, billing, fraud prevention, legal obligations, trade secrets, rights of others, or platform integrity.
This service is not intended for minors. Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, accessing, purchasing, or using Real-Concept API. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we may restrict the account and delete relevant information where required by applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that all data, prompts, files, images, API requests, customer data, and downstream processing submitted through the service are lawful, properly authorized, and compliant with applicable data protection, confidentiality, intellectual property, export control, AI governance, and industry rules. Do not submit data that you are not authorized to process or transmit.
If a user engages in illegal activity, malicious attacks, API abuse, scraping, bypassing limits, unlawful content distribution, infringement, fraud, interference with normal platform operation, or other violations, we may restrict access, suspend services, block requests, preserve necessary evidence, disclose information to relevant parties where legally appropriate, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
We may use automated rules, monitoring systems, and risk-control tools to detect spam, abuse, fraud, attacks, excessive usage, suspicious payment behavior, or policy violations. Such systems may automatically restrict, delay, or block requests or accounts to protect the platform and users.
We may update this Privacy Policy due to service changes, provider policy changes, legal requirements, risk control needs, or business adjustments. Updated versions will be published on the website and take effect upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the service after publication means you acknowledge the updated policy.
