Real-Concept API
Important Notice: Please read this User Agreement carefully before accessing or using Real-Concept API, including our websites, API gateway, model aggregation services, documentation, account console, pricing pages, ticket support, and related technical services. By registering, accessing, purchasing, calling an API, or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
This Agreement forms a legally binding agreement between you and Real-Concept API / Real-Concept Software GmbH. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop accessing or using the service. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the then-current version of this Agreement.
Real-Concept API provides AI model gateway access, API aggregation, model invocation interfaces, technical documentation, balance and usage display, pricing information, and related support tools. The service may depend on third-party model providers, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, network operators, security vendors, and other external service providers.
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use this service. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, API keys, access tokens, payment credentials, and connected systems. You must keep credentials confidential and immediately rotate keys or notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to use the service only for lawful, authorized, and compliant purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your prompts, inputs, files, images, API calls, model outputs, downstream use, integrations, users, customers, and business activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, industry rules, third-party rights, and platform policies.
You must not use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, or high-risk activities. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: generating or distributing unlawful content; violating intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; attacking, scraping, overloading, reverse engineering, bypassing limits, abusing trial or quota systems; reselling access without authorization; using stolen credentials or payment methods; interfering with service operation; or attempting to evade monitoring, rate limits, security controls, or compliance checks.
You retain responsibility for all content you submit to or generate through the service. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive, infringing, unsuitable, or otherwise unreliable. You must independently review, verify, and validate all outputs before relying on, publishing, distributing, or using them. Real-Concept API does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, originality, availability, commercial fitness, or suitability of any output.
The service may route requests to third-party model providers or infrastructure providers. Third-party services may change, suspend, reject, filter, moderate, delay, modify, or terminate requests or outputs according to their own policies, technical conditions, regional restrictions, compliance requirements, or commercial decisions. Real-Concept API is not responsible for third-party availability, pricing changes, quality, latency, refusal, moderation, data handling, or service interruptions.
The service and generated outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, security, engineering, or other professional advice. You must consult qualified professionals where appropriate. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on service results.
You must not use the service as the sole basis for decisions involving life, health, safety, critical infrastructure, emergency response, credit, employment, housing, insurance, legal rights, law enforcement, biometric identification, weapons, or other high-risk scenarios. Any such use is at your own risk and requires independent human review, safeguards, and compliance controls.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, upgrade, restrict, suspend, discontinue, throttle, or replace any feature, model, endpoint, route, pricing rule, quota, payment method, documentation, or support channel at any time for operational, security, compliance, business, or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely, or permanently available service.
You are responsible for all fees incurred through your account or API keys. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing, paid balances, subscriptions, promotional credits, consumed usage, and completed transactions are non-refundable. Pricing, exchange rates, model costs, and billing rules may change due to provider, infrastructure, currency, tax, or business changes. You should monitor your usage and set appropriate internal limits.
To protect the platform and other users, we may monitor technical behavior, apply rate limits, block suspicious requests, require verification, suspend accounts, rotate keys, restrict access, or take other security measures. We may refuse, delay, or terminate service where we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, policy violation, payment risk, or potential harm to the platform or third parties.
All website design, documentation, trademarks, logos, interfaces, software components, service architecture, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Real-Concept API or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except as expressly permitted. You represent that you have all necessary rights for any content you submit.
You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, including data protection, export control, sanctions, AI governance, consumer protection, payment, tax, and industry-specific regulations. We may restrict or deny access from certain regions, industries, use cases, networks, or users where required by law, provider policy, risk control, or business judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation. No oral or written information or advice provided by us creates any warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Real-Concept API, Real-Concept Software GmbH, its managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, procurement of substitute services, model errors, third-party failures, unauthorized account use, or user misuse. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the affected service during the one month preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a higher amount is mandatorily required by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Real-Concept API, Real-Concept Software GmbH, its managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, user content, outputs, integrations, violations of this Agreement, infringement or misuse of third-party rights, unlawful activities, or breach of applicable laws.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access immediately, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you violated this Agreement, created risk, engaged in abuse or fraud, caused payment disputes, violated law or third-party rights, or threatened platform security or stability. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations or liabilities incurred before termination.
We are not responsible for delay, interruption, data loss, failure, or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, cloud provider incidents, model provider outages, cyberattacks, power failures, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, legal restrictions, payment provider issues, domain or DNS failures, or other force majeure events.
We may update this Agreement from time to time due to service changes, provider policy changes, legal requirements, risk control, or business needs. Updated terms will be posted on the website and take effect upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated Agreement.
Unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to Real-Concept Software GmbH. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to a competent court or dispute resolution body with jurisdiction under applicable law.
